A slow-paced, very beginner yoga class for those with more seasoned bodies and those new to yoga.

Wednesday @ 6:30 PM & Saturday @ 10 AM • 50 MINUTes • $15 or 10 classes for $130

The class will use chairs and other props to ensure that the benefits of yoga are accessible to folks of varying degrees of strength and flexibility and those who are diversely abled and bodied. We will practice basic yoga poses while exploring the openness that comes with combining breath with movement. Seniors as well as youngsters are welcome to come and discover! Please arrive 10 minutes early for class to settle in and inform your teacher of any injuries or concerns, if present.

Scheduling

  • We encourage clients to make reservations in advance to secure their spot in class. Reservations may be made through our online scheduler. We will always do our best to accommodate walk–ins.
     

Arrival

  • New clients are requested to arrive fifteen minutes prior to class. This allows ample time to fill out a liability release form and gives clients the chance to share limitations and/or injuries with the instructor. Existing clients are encouraged to come at least five minutes before class to get set up and be in place for the start of the class. Also signing a wavier before starting with Journey Yoga.

Cancellation & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be done (the same way you registered for the class) by logging yourself in to your online account and taking yourself out of the class. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS BY PHONE OR EMAIL.

  • Failure to show up for a class you’ve reserved a spot for will also result in the loss of your class (from your package) PLUS A $10 NO SHOW FEE.

  • Don’t be afraid of the WAIT LIST.  A majority of all WAIT LISTED people GET IN to class!  YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL so if you are on a wait list, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to CHECK YOUR EMAIL.

Beginner Yoga Class

Yoga at a slower pace. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.

GENTLE Flow

In Gentle Flow, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level.
