In Gentle Flow, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level.
Beginner Yoga Class
Yoga at a slower pace. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
A slow-paced, very beginner, yoga class. Great for those with more seasoned bodies, budding bodies, and those new to yoga.
